In 1971-1972, the A Bodies received a very different sunroof than its bigger siblings. It was a manual sliding canvas roof that actually revealed more of the open air than the power sunroofs in the B and E Bodies. This particular Duster has been in the same family all of its life. Father and son (just a little tyke) went to a dealership and looked at two Dusters – a standard hardtop and this one. The son chose this one – and it came home. When the son was old enough to drive, the car was handed down to him. He has owned it ever since, and is currently hunting down some of the sunroof parts to get the restoration rolling. Good luck with your awesome ride!
