The Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals will open its doors on Saturday November 18th for thousands of car enthusiasts looking to take in the sites and smells of vintage muscle. Amidst the crowd will be at least a couple of factory sunroof cars. The owner of this car lives in the mid-west and has owned this beauty for many years – although it did not look like this when he purchased it. It was very rough, and required a lot of NOS and reproduction metal to bring it back to life. It was restored in the late 80s/early 90s, and has had one paint retouch in 2005. This 1971 Challenger R/T is equipped with the 383 4 bbl big block, mated to the 727 Torqueflite transmission. Options abound on this car, so much so that the original sticker price was just north of $5600.
